Mercenary Quest v0.16

Hey guys! I'm here to inform you that the next update is finally finished and uploaded. Taking the poll result from the Telegram group into account, the main content featuring:

1. Leveling system and working revamp. 
- As the result of the poll, I decided to add a leveling system. You can gain experience when working and once you level up, you can invest points into the four stats, Proficiency, Endurance, Craftsmanship and Perception, with the maximum of ten points for each stat.
- Also, revamped the work system and separated work scene into four tiers, with higher tier requiring more Proficiency and the 4th tier, which will be special scene with your party member and gives plenty more reward, require you to spend tokens to access it, and added new work scenes for higher tier work scenes.

2. New dream room update storyline for a dragon cop who goes through a series of growth.
- From the latest poll, where 'Growing yourself' won, I ended up getting a new storyline for a growing dragon police officer. Involving muscle and height growth, incredible feats of strength and lots of sexy goodness.

Now, for the future update, again, from the poll, the stag and the crocodile got the most vote, so their content are already in the work. I will try to post new polls soon so I can plan ahead what the other contents would be.
